FAQ's for Salon

  • What types of payments do you accept at the salon?

    We take cash, credit and debit. We do not take checks.

  • What should I wear and bring?

    We suggest wearing loose fitting pants for pedicures. This will allow your pant legs to roll up for an enjoyable pedicure experience. Since we are an Eco-friendly salon, we also suggest bringing open toe shoes. We suggest you bring sandals that expose all of your toes and easily slip on.

  • Do you offer acrylic services?

    We do not offer acrylic services. However, we do offer gel services. As an eco-friendly and holistic salon, we strive to eliminate fumes, particles and toxins from our services. Our focus is on providing healthier and wellness services.

  • What should I do if I've forgotten my sandals?

    If you find yourself without sandals, our paper sandals are the perfect solution! Designed for convenience and comfort, they are lightweight and easy to slip on, ensuring you can continue your day comfortably.

  • Children allowed in the salon?

    In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, children with appointments are allowed.

FAQ's for Mobile

  • How far do you go?

    If you want to fly us to your location just cover our travel expenses and stay. If you're located in Western Washington state, please Contact Us for a quote of the travel fee.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We can cover any area as long you meet the booking requirements.

  • What is the minimum requirement for booking a service?

    Minimum service request of 150 within a 15 minute radius from headquarters not including travel fee.

  • How do I book a mobile party?

    We request you to book at least 6 months in advance. We will have you fill out an intake form via email to give us an idea of the services you're looking for, the amount of people in the party being serviced. We will work on a quote, request a hold fee, coordinate with the service providers, and go from there. Please use the Contact Us inquiry form and click the drop down menu Mobile party inquiry and message us.

  • Are pets allowed in the area?

    Pets are not allowed. Due to allergies and safety precautions, please have them restrained or have a designated sitter to take care of them, safety is our number one priority and want you to enjoy your service without you or the provider worrying about your pets.

  • Are children allowed?

    Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to provide services for children ages 12 and under.

  • Do you offer outdoor services?

    We do not offer outdoor services, it will have to be indoors. The elements from outside will ruin our products.

  • Do you have a waitlist?

    We do have a waitlist for mobile nail services. This is subject to change. Please message us in the chat box or send us a message on the Contact Us drop down menu mobile waitlist inquiry.

  • Are your mobile service providers employees?

    No, they are not employees of Nail Tribe & Co. They are their own small business. If you have any questions about the services, prices, or anything else please refer to your service provider.

  • What is the best way for clients to schedule an appointment?

    We highly encourage clients to book online with the service provider using the link on the website. This link will have the services they offer with a brief description of each service and prices. You can always request a consultation before booking your mobile appointment. Send us a message on the chat box requesting a consultation with your service provider or you can fill out the Contact Us inquiry form with the drop down menu request consultation for mobile, and send us a message.
